Little Red Closet Affiliate Terms

Payment of Commission

Commission of 5% is paid in all Qualifying Purchases, which occur when:

a) a customer clicks through to www.littleredcloset.co.nz  from your site using your affiliate link, and

b) during a Session, the customer adds a product to their cart and purchases that product; and

c) the product is then shipped to the customer.

A Session starts when a customer clicks on your affiliate link and ends when 24 hours elapses, the customer places an order, or the customer clicks on a different affiliate link and comes to Little Red Closet's website.

Regardless of the above, the following are not Qualifying Purchases and will not earn any commission:

- any product that is added to a customer’s shopping cart after a Session has ended,

- any product that is canceled or returned,

- any Little Red Closet gift vouchers,

- any Product purchase that is not correctly reported because the links from your site to Little Red Closet's site are not properly formatted,

- any Product purchased by a customer who arrives on Little Red Closet’s site by a non-permitted marketing activity,

- any Product purchased for resale or commercial use, or - any Product purchased by you or on your behalf, including products you purchase through for yourself, friends, relatives, or associates.

Once a payment threshold of $40 is reached, payments will be made on a monthly basis, approximately 40 days after the end of the month using the method you have specified.

All sales generated from your account are first held for 30 days to allow for any cancellations or refunds by the customer. After this 30 day period, the amounts are released for payment to you.

Affiliate Marketing

You agree that you are authorised to place affiliate links on your website.

You are granted a limited license to make use of the banners and product links available to you through your affiliate account. You may not modify these images or links in any way without the express permission of Little Red Closet. You agree to update your site with new banners as they become available from time to time.

With regard to search engines, you agree not to bid on any keywords relating to product on Little Red Closet sites and related terms that Little Red Closet already makes use of, or for which Little Red Closet  holds Trademarks.

You will not be paid for links originating for free or natural search engine URLs - the customer must have first visited your website.. Links originating from social networks will be paid.

You are not permitted to use this program by sending unsolicited e-mail to any address, posting on bulletin boards, forums, blogs or other similar activities.

Liability

You agree to indemnify Little Red Closet against any loss of or damage to property or for data or software which is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered.

Little Red Closet shall not be liable to the affiliate for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the affiliate program.

Site Access

Without the expressed written permission of Little Red Closet, you may not use any device, method or software that may interfere with site function including, but not limited to: spiders, robots, avatars, agents, data mining, gathering or extraction tools and attempts to probe, scan or test or breach security and authentication measures. Further, you may not make use of any form of product or data feed that originates from Little Red Closet without our expressed written permission.

Removal from program and non payment of commission

Little Red Closet reserves the right to withdraw affiliates from the program or to withhold payments to affliates without prior notification to the affiliate at their discretion.

Changes to these terms

littleredcloset.co.nz reserves the right to change these terms (including the commission rate of some or all products) at any time. You will be notified of any changes by email. If you no longer wish to be a part of Little Red Closet’s affiliate program following any change you can remove the links to Little Red Closet from your website at any time.
