Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions Carefully. The Terms outline the Terms and Conditions that apply to any order of goods through the Little Red Closet website. Orders are accepted for purchases and deliveries within New Zealand only unless otherwise discussed.
Price and Availability
All prices are in $NZ and Include GST unless otherwise stated.
- All pricing and availability is subject to change without notice
- Little Red Closet cannot guarantee goods online will always be available when an order is placed, although will endeavour to indicate on the website if a product is unavailable or give some indication as to when it will be available. in the event an item you have purchased has since sold out we will contact you with expected time frames for your order to be received. If you are not happy to wait or we can not fulfill your order we will cancel your order and your credit card will be refunded (Usually within 7 working days).
- All specials and promotions are available while stocks last.
- Prices do not include delivery surcharges. These are added to the Invoice.
The Buyer is liable for every order on the Little Red Closet website made under their Login and Password.
- Due to different lighting and locations of photographs taken colours of garments can sometimes appear slightly different so illustrations exact colours are therefore not binding on littleredcloset.co.nz.
- Products will be supplied as ordered.
- All orders within New Zealand incur a small delivery charge set by weight.
- The carrier of your order will be Post Haste (National) or Fastways & NZ Post (International or oversized items). We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of its payment receipt (usually within 48hrs) from Monday to Friday.
- You should always receive your delivery within 5 working days of placing your order, excluding rural deliveries where we allow for 7 working days.
- We can arrange to send items overseas; however delivery charges vary, and will depend on the destination, weight and size of your purchase. Please contact us should you require this.
- Delivery is only made to a physical address. No deliveries can be made to a Post Box or Private Bag number
- All claims for shortages, damages or losses during delivery must be made to littleredcloset.co.nz within 2 days of the date of delivery.
Little Red Closet prides itself on its high standards of quality control but if your order is not quite what you imagined, wrong sizing or does have a fault, simply fill out our returns form on the returns page within 7 days of its receipt and we will exchange (on condition if item is still in stock) or refund your purchase.
All you have to do is:
- Return it to us at your cost within 7 days of contacting us
- Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused with the original tickets/labels in place.
- Please advise us whether you are sending the merchandise by courier or post.
- NOTE: Little Red Closet does not accept any non-faulty returns on: Clearance stock/Bargain Bin items (unless faulty) and Special promotions (unless faulty)
If it was a Faulty Product we will then send the replacement back to you at our cost or refund your purchase. However, if your returned item is not a faulty product we do not refund the shipping fee and refund will be less a small transaction fee.
Payment Options and Fraud Protection
- Payment can be made through Visa, Mastercard online or direct internet banking.
- Payment option is selected upon ordering and payment has to be received before supply.
- Payment made by cheque or other bank transfers will not be considered payment until payment has been fully cleared by the bank and is evident in littleredcloset.co.nz bank account.
- Payments made via bank transfer need to be completed within 7 Business days of date of Order unless prior arrangement. If payment has not shown up in Little Red Closets bank account in 7 days we will contact you by email and if no contact is made we will then cancel your order.
- We reserve the right to ask for proof of identity of a credit card holder, issuing bank verification and/or other relevant details as deemed necessary to confirm a legitimate purchase.
- Call Back Policy. We reserve the right to contact a customer by phone to verify details of identity and/or order. A valid phone number registered in New Zealand is required otherwise your order may be rejected immediately.
- We reserve the right to record transaction details and IP numbers.
- We have a pre order option on some of our brands. If a product is out of stock or the size/colour you are after is not available you may be able to pre order.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and the remainder plus courier costs to be paid prior to delivery.
- To pre order please contact us via our contact us page then we will email you to advise you deposit ammount, payment details and approx delivery date.
- Please Note: All stock & supplies, along with all delivery waiting periods on all pre orders are subject to the suppliers & availability.
- If for some reason the items you pre order become not available to us or the wait time is too long we will refund your deposit back to you.
- Once your order is in stock and ready for delivery we will contact you via email with outstanding ammount to be paid. If final payment is not made within 7 days of us contacting you unless prior arrangments have been made then we reserve the right to keep your deposit and items will be resold after 3 days of cancelation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Little Red Closet, ownership of the Products remains with Little Red Closet and does not pass to the Buyer until full payment is received.
